Refund policy
At Bajrang Bali, we take pride in delivering fresh and high-quality products. Due to the nature of food items, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to help.
To request a replacement or refund:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Email: info@bajrangbali.co
• Include your order number and clear photos of the product
Once verified, we will offer:
• Replacement of the product, or
• Full refund (processed to original payment method)
Important:
• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• We do not accept returns for taste preference or change of mind
Refunds (if applicable):
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Shipping:
• If replacement is approved, we will cover the shipping cost
